She speaks at women-focused conferences, retreats, and professional organizations, as well as being a TedX speaker. She is an ambassador, volunteer, and communicator for organizations bringing hope and healing to the most marginalized in society.

 

Her current focus includes: 

• Project Rescue- a global organization bringing restoration to sex trafficked women and children

• Open Arms Mexico- a network of free day-care centers, keeping families together and preventing child abandonment 

• Teen Challenge- a International organization bringing healing and hope to drug and alcohol addicts

 

She and her husband have 2 grown sons, live in the San Francisco Bay Area, and love mountain biking. (Ask her about her bike sometime!) She credits their 30+ years of marriage to keeping Christ in the center, and converting her football allegiance to the Green Bay Packers!
